Airbrush Blocking Video
Feb 11th
Using the airbrush blocking techniques is a great way to speed along an airbrush project. This video is a superb example of it… much better than my example.
Basically, as you will see in the video, blocking is when you lay down the base colors of a painting with a paint brush and then tweak the color later with your airbrush to give it dimension.
Watch the video here first and I’ll blather on a bit more below it:
This technique is especially useful when you are doing LARGE projects that are not on metal surfaces (metal surfaces will show brush More >
Airbrush Artwork Lesson: People Come in the Strangest Colors!
Feb 11th
An important aspect of airbrush artwork is to be able to see colors for what they truly are ….

Feb 11th
Ug! If only there were such a thing as an airbrush art gallery … then I wouldn’t have to write this article!
Brace yourself folks… the sad fact is, that curators of most traditional art galleries do not consider airbrush art to be “real art”(I can feel myself getting hot under the collar just typing it)
Gallery owners have a pre-conceived notion that airbrush is too easy or a craft to be consider art…. and, let me tell you… if you tip them off that your art is airbrushed, most will laugh More >

The Airbrush Action Getaways are one of, if not the best, airbrush training courses available
If you don’t want to read what I have to say about it feel free to go straight to their website and read up on it yourselves:
Note: If you do sign up for the event let Clifford S. Stieglitz, Publisher and Executive Editor of Airbrush Action know that I recommended it to you – maybe someday he’ll give me a discount or a coupon code that I can pass along to you for all my praise
